Saving your work to the cloud is crucial to make sure you don’t lose it! Once you’ve logged out of a class session, CAC will delete work from the device you’ve been working on. Saving it to a cloud service is the only way you’ll be able to retrieve it in the future.
To find work that you’ve saved in one of your CloudApps Classroom sessions:
1. Launch your lab.
2. Make sure you’re logged into the cloud storage platform your school uses — likely either Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive. If you haven’t logged in, click the icon for the platform you need and follow the prompts to sign in.
3. Once logged in, open and log in to the app you need to use for your class.
4. From within the app, find the option to open a file, then find the folder for either OneDrive or Google Drive. You should be able to find your saved document there, and open it up to continue working.
